Capitalization Rules
- Capitalize official titles when used before a name, e.g., "Dean Ahmed Johari".
- Lowercase seasons and semesters unless paired with specific years, e.g., "Spring 2024".

- Use day-month-year (e.g., 16 April 2024) or month-day-year (e.g., April 16, 2024). Choose one format and apply it consistently throughout the document.
- Use consistent formatting for dates, times, and measurements.
